EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIALS

TOTS is a dream job. I have driven 45 minutes one way 4 days a week for 7 years.  My plan was only to stay a year and I couldn’t leave.  Noreen, hires the best of the best and really supports the therapists’ following their dream.  She has been so supportive the Stand Up Paddle Boarding Program which has grown significantly in the last 7 years and always supports all my crazy ideas as well as others.  I truly feel we are a family of therapists that care about each other, the families we serve and the patients we are lucky enough to treat.

Alyssa, PT, DPT

Working at TOTS has been valuable in allowing me to become the Speech Language Pathologist I want to be! During my time here, I have interacted and worked with some amazing kids, parents, and coworkers! It is amazing to see the growth in a child that can occur in an environment where you are encouraged to work as a team with your child’s parents and the coworkers that surround you. I myself have learned and grown as a Speech Language Pathologist through the experiences that have been provided to me here at TOTS!

 -Courtney, CCC, SLP

I look forward to coming to work at TOTS every day because I know I will be surrounded by genuine and caring coworkers who push me to be the best physical therapist I can be, while also providing me with an environment for positive mentorship and continuous learning. This support flows to our patients and creates a community I am proud to be a part of.

TOTS is an amazing place to work for so many reasons! Growth and support are definitely at the top of the list. I started at TOTS as an OT intern. Since then, I have developed/co-developed programs such a CIMT, paddle boarding camp, OT intensives, and that list continues to evolve. Working here has facilitated growth in my clinical skills as well as my leadership skills. I am now our director of occupational therapy and so excited to share the gems that I’ve gained along the way. Working in an environment that’s fun, positive and offers career advancement is golden!

 -Nilka, MS, OTR/L

TOTS is a great place to learn and grow professionally from some of the very best clinicians and clinic staff. This job has been an answered prayer that I started praying for a long time ago when I first started OT school. It’s rewarding that I get to call my work friends my “outside of work” friends as well. TOTS has an inspiring and authentic work culture. I have so much pride being able to call myself a member of the TOTS family.  It has been a very rewarding two years spent here at TOTS, and I can’t wait for more to come.

 -Emily, MS, OTR/L

I have been welcomed as a new member of the TOTS family with open arms! Everyone has been so intentional about making me feel comfortable, oriented, and equipped. This is a place where your voice is heard and your ideas are put into action. TOTS is forward-thinking in regards to specialized equipment, program development, and continuing education. It is a privilege to learn and work alongside these people!
