We have been taking my son who has CP and epilepsy to TOTS for almost 7 years now. We lived close to there and were blessed to be referred to them. We moved an hour away about 6 years ago but continue making the drive every week. There is a therapy center about 1 mile from our house, but it does not compare to the fun family atmosphere at TOTS. It amazes me that our son is still excited to go to therapy every week at 14 years old- that shows how good they are! He has made so much progress since starting there 7 years ago- from very poor coordination and balance to quite good. Fine and gross motor activities are made fun to meet the personalities of each child.
You will be happy with any of the therapists there for PT, OT, or Speech- we have seen most of them. I have seen amazing progress in so many kids! I have talked to parents that have went to other therapy centers for years and see more progress in a week of intensive therapy at TOTS than they have in years at their home therapy.
Also, the front office staff are so super! Big shout out to Kate, Melanie, and Alexis at the Braselton location! They really know all the kids and parents. They do everything they can to help if something comes up and you have to change your time one week. Of course, I believe that the great attitude they all show is a reflection of the owner, Noreen, who really is dedicated to all the kids and sets a positive tone for all. What a great place we were blessed with and hope you give them a try- you’ll be very glad you did!

Taking my son to TOTS was most definitely the right decision
My son went to TOTS for pediatric speech therapy barely speaking and mostly pointing to communicate. When his time was complete, his speech/vocabulary was right on point for where it should’ve been for his age group. Deciding to take him to TOTS was most definitely the right decision. He had an amazing speech therapist and the rest of the staff are wonderful as well.

We came from Memphis for intensive therapy, and it was worth the time and investment
Highly recommend the intensive pediatric therapy program at TOTS. We just returned home from our three week intensive therapy session and we loved it and our daughter grew so much in her strength and independence! Our therapists were engaging and fun but also pushed my daughter to work and do her best, strong work!
We came from Memphis and it was worth the time and investment, it’s also one of the closest clinics to us that offers the intensive model. We loved our time with Jess, Amy, Sarah, Ashley and Courtney and everyone else that helped along the way. We are looking so forward to returning this summer for paddle board camp.

I can’t say enough about how great our experience with TOTS has been
We have had a wonderful experience each time we’ve been to TOTS. We enrolled my daughter in their 2 week PT and OT intensive programs and are so glad we did. The therapists there were amazing with my daughter, who is 3 and nonverbal. They were so patient and sweet with her and made every effort to learn about her particular quirks so they could help her have successful therapy sessions.
She made great progress with each intensive program. We especially loved Ms. Reagan and Ms. Maddie at the Gainesville office. I can’t say enough about how great our experience with TOTS has been. I highly recommend it!

Tender Ones Therapy Services is life-changing for my daughter
Tender Ones Therapy Services is life-changing for my 8-year-old daughter Catherine, who is non-verbal and non-mobile. The therapists approached each session with enthusiasm, friendliness and determination to help Catherine reach her maximum potential. They kindly took the time to explain the exercises to me during break and at the end of each session.
Catherine was getting lazy or defiant about bearing weight on her legs, which was very frustrating for us. Intensive therapy got her back on track, and shared strategies with me to keep up the progress she made. After the two-week program of intensive, we received a comprehensive report that is extremely helpful for at-home therapy. Catherine and I cannot wait until her next round of intensive therapy. We are so grateful for Tender Ones Therapy.

Intensive therapy at TOTS has been an incredible experience
My sweet girl is currently participating in a TOTS pediatric physical therapy intensive session and it has been an incredible experience. The entire staff have been welcoming and we are so grateful to have been paired with PT Alyssa. She is hands down one of the best therapists we’ve ever worked with. She took the time to really get to know Ellie and determine which techniques would be best suited for her and her abilities. She is thorough, brilliant and always encouraging Ellie to do her best. She also makes her giggle and gives great snuggle breaks in between exercises.
Nothing is better than watching your children thrive
The entire TOTS team is amazing from the office staff to the therapists. We love them all! …I drive 1-1.5 hours each way to bring my two children here because they are the best. They treat them with love, respect, and they truly believe the best for them. They push them to their personal bests and nothing is better as a parent than watching your children thrive in an environment that is suited perfectly for them.
The therapists are highly trained and qualified and show professionalism and a true love for their jobs. Our entire family is beyond thankful and grateful for the impact TOTS has had in our lives. One last thing I have to praise Kate, Melanie and the entire office staff for always making insurance and scheduling so easy!! It’s one less thing I as mom have to fight thanks to them.

We have loved the TOTS staff and therapists! Our son has been attending speech therapy since September with Courtney & Sarah. He had a tough time transitioning at the beginning, but within no time, they had him feeling comfortable and able to actively participate. They always listen to any of my concerns or ideas and provide things to work on at home with him. We have seen improvement in his language and he is talking much more than he ever was!
He also started Occupation Therapy in November with Emily. We have loved working with her as well. She has brought to light some of his sensory needs and has provided ways to manage them appropriately! She also has creative activities that involve working on his fine motor skills, which have vastly improved as well!
Also, in the past month we have started some PT work with Sam and Dave. Although we have only spent a short time working with them, they have both been awesome and have a good understanding of our son and the physical areas of focus. We could not recommend TOTS enough!

I feel very comfortable knowing my son is in good hands
I would highly recommend Tender Ones Therapy Services. We’ve been using T.O.T.S. For several years now for PT services as well as speech and we’ve been very happy.
We have been able to work with many therapists and they are all very good. They truly love their profession and care about the kids. They think outside of the box to attempt to relate to kids and keep them interested and make therapy fun, which is not an easy task. As a mother I feel very comfortable there knowing my son is in good hands with anyone he works with. The front office staff is wonderful as well!

They are hands down the best therapy center in town
My son has been receiving therapy services at TOTS for over 10 years now and over this period has been in the very capable hands of quite a few of the Occupational and Physical Therapists (OTs and PTs) there.
Noreen was my son’s first PT, and she worked with him for about 2 years. She really has been a huge part of our lives. Not only does she have the natural touch of being an amazing therapist, she has also been a mentor for my son and me.
Since 2013, my son has been treated by a remarkable team of OTs and PTs to include Alyssa, David, Julie T., Julie G., and Alexa. Words can’t describe how kind and generous these individuals are. They focus on exploring each child’s potential and ability and work with love and dedication, they have made a huge difference in my son’s life. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and truly want to make a difference.
In addition, the TOTS Intensive Program has been great for my son- the results and progress we can see each time he goes through it are very much worth the hard work and effort.
Lastly- a huge shoutout to the front office staff- Kate, Melanie, and Alexis, who make everything so seamless and easy. I would recommend TOTS to anyone seeking pediatric therapy, they are hands down the best therapy center in town.

The owner is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met
My son has been a patient at TOTS for almost 4 years; we were actually referred by another therapist who knew this facility could offer more than most. When he began therapy here, he was 3 yo and not sitting independently. Yesterday, he held my hands and walked for the first time.
The therapists persevere, are creative, caring, and are constantly learning new ways to treat. The owner is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. I highly recommend Tender Ones Therapy for PT (Alyssa Walz), OT(Marion Viar), Speech (Patricia Connaire) and Intensives.

We couldn’t ask for a better “family” to help us through life with a special needs child
We absolutely love the TOTS Gainesville location. We come from North Georgia, so it is easier for us to drive the mountain roads instead of through Atlanta to the Dacula location (however we have attended therapy there too 😉). My daughter has been going here for years, and there is nowhere else I would take her.
We see Jessica for PT and intensive therapy and Maddie for OT. They both are equally wonderful with my daughter, but they also collaborate with each other so that we get everything out of our therapy sessions there.
TOTS has helped us so much in the last few years. From sharing outside resources available to us to helping us get equipment for home, we couldn’t ask for a better “family” to help us through life with a special needs child.

The progress I have experienced has been amazing, and honestly, Tender Ones sets a standard
I can’t express how much I love this place. Before I even set foot in the building I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea at the front office and I had to thank her before getting off the phone because she did not rush me, she answered all my questions, was genuinely friendly and was just a breath of fresh air to have that initial communication with Tender Ones over the phone be such a pleasant experience.
On the day of evaluation for my son I was nervous but it honestly dissipated once I realized Tender Ones is not a cookie cutter therapy facility at all. They have treated my child as an individual even from his initial evaluation…the personalized care that I received during the evaluation, let me know that I had found the perfect place for my son.
…Now that my son has started speech and ot: He has Sarah, Tom and Yoli. I am absolutely in love with all of them. Sarah has been amazing and is extremely knowledgeable and my experience with her has been nothing but amazing. Tom is amazing and knowledgeable, not to sound repetitive but it’s just facts they know what they’re doing. …I literally feel like I’m letting my son go with family every single time. Yoli is knowledgeable and again not to sound repetitive but she knows her stuff.
The progress I have experienced from Tender Ones has been amazing and honestly Tender Ones sets a standard. They have treated us in the same way that I honestly feel they would treat their own family members and add the fact that they know what they are doing, they know their stuff. From what I see and just conversations with other parents they meet each child right where they are and give personalized care.
I can’t praise this place enough. It’s not just about the treatment, the actual progress that my son is making, is literally weekly and I’m just grateful. Super glad and blessed to have found them, I would recommend them a million times over to anyone who needs speech or occupational therapy.

I cannot say enough good things about Tender Ones Therapy Services! They have been a big part of our family’s life and my son’s progress since we started here in 2021. My son has achieved some huge independent mobility goals while working with the team of therapists here! They are all fantastic and are able to meet my son where he is, but also motivate him to work hard.
We have been traveling a lengthy distance to the Dacula location for the last two years because the quality of the services provided was unmatched anywhere in our area. We love that we can get so many services from one clinic – PT, OT, Speech, Intensives, and even Stand Up Paddleboard Aquatic Therapy! We are thrilled that they have opened this location in Brookhaven with many of the same great staff and familiar therapists as well as several awesome new additions.
