About Tender Ones Therapy Services
Noreen Zulaica, PT, MA
Tender Ones Therapy Services (TOTS) was founded in 2003 by Noreen Zulaica, a dedicated physical therapist with decades of experience. Noreen had a clear vision to provide exceptional care for children with disabilities and created TOTS to achieve that vision. She built TOTS on the belief that every child deserves individualized attention, the best equipment, and a positive atmosphere to help them thrive.

At TOTS, our mission is to be committed to providing the highest quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy to the pediatric population from birth to 21 years of age so that they can realize their fullest potential.
We do this by creating a patient-centered environment that emphasizes family involvement, specialized equipment, and therapist collaboration to provide the utmost effective therapy intervention.
TOTS recruits staff with excellent clinical skills who share our values and supports continued professional development of staff through leadership, mentoring and advancement within the organization.
