Our Mission

At TOTS, our mission is to be committed to providing the highest quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy to the pediatric population from birth to 21 years of age so that they can realize their fullest potential.

We do this by creating a patient centered environment that emphasizes family involvement, specialized equipment and therapist collaboration to provide the utmost effective therapy intervention.

TOTS recruits staff with excellent clinical skills who share our values and supports continued professional development of staff through leadership, mentoring and advancement within the organization.

Founder Noreen Zulaica’s vision for TOTS was to create a practice where therapists have the freedom to use the tools and resources that best serve their patients. With four fully equipped clinics and a collaborative group, we ensure our therapists can do their best work every day.

Internship Opportunities

We offer valuable internship opportunities for students in a variety of disciplines, including exercise science and professional therapy programs. As an intern, you can gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team environment. We’re happy to support the next generation of pediatric therapists and help you prepare for your career in this industry.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you’re an undergraduate or high school student interested in pursuing a career in speech therapy, occupational therapy, or physical therapy, volunteering at Tender Ones will give you invaluable experience!
